The Daily is a three-stage ladder with shared date-and-stage seeds. Clearing the first two stages unlocks more play; only clearing the final stage earns the day’s Crown. Here is exactly what is saved and what is public.
The current ladder
From 20 July 2026, the targets are 12, 13 and 14 total wins. Playoff wins count. Each successful stage unlocks only the next stage: even 15 wins on Daily 1 does not skip Daily 2 or award a Crown. Older archive dates retain their earlier rules.

Shared seed does not mean every screen stays identical
Daily uses Normal difficulty and Prime ratings. Players on the same date and stage start from the same random seed, but selections, eligibility and reroll decisions can change the later draft path. It is a shared starting puzzle, not a promise that every possible XI receives an identical scoreline.
The reset is at 00:00 India Standard Time, equivalent to 18:30 UTC on the preceding date. Each new Daily date starts at stage 1; unlocks from yesterday do not carry into today.
Crown, streak and public board are different records
Only a completed stage-3 season with at least 14 wins adds that date to the local Crown cabinet, once per date. Finishing Daily 1 or Daily 2 does not add a Crown. The play streak records consecutive days with a completed Daily season; earning a Crown is not required.
Unlocks, best stage scores, streak and Crowns are stored in this browser on this device. They are not an account backup and do not sync to your phone. Private browsing or clearing site data can lose them.
If your result appears to be missing
Let the season reach the results screen, or use the skip-reveal control to finish it. The public Daily Archive contains submitted leaderboard runs, not every local result. A local Crown can therefore exist without a public entry, and a public entry does not restore a lost cabinet.
Before reporting a problem, check the Daily date in IST, stage number, total wins, browser and device. Do not clear site data as a troubleshooting step if you want to preserve your trophies.

On 6 September 2026 we played Daily 1 using the Modern formation, Normal difficulty and Prime ratings, without a reroll. This is the recorded draft, not a best-XI search or a promised winning recipe.

The key constraint was overseas availability, not collecting the biggest names. Holding the fourth place until Morne Morkel kept that option open. Once all four were used, the final Rajasthan draw needed a domestic player; Munaf Patel filled the remaining pace role. Prime uses each player’s highest rating in this game’s card pool, not necessarily the rating of the year shown.
A title, but not a Daily unlock
The recorded browser run finished with 11 wins, 1 no result and 4 losses, a title and an XI rating of 89.5. The league contributed 9 wins and 1 no result: (9 × 2) + 1 = 19 points. Qualifier 1 and the Final added two wins, not league points.
Daily 1 needs 12 total wins. This 11-win champion did not unlock Daily 2 and did not add a Daily Crown. The general title badge and the Daily Crown are different rewards.
This is one observed result, not a controlled comparison proving these were the best picks. A legacy browser-dependent shuffle can produce a different season from the same Daily XI in different browsers. The record here documents the browser run shown; it is not a cross-browser reproducibility claim.
